Wind turbines work quite simply, instead of using electricity to make wind like a fan, wind turbines use wind to make electricity. The force of the wind turns the propeller blades around a rotor, which spins a generator, and the generator creates electricity. Although wind is not very efficient it can generate enough electricity to power small cities. As greenhouse emissions continue to rise exponentially, Sweden aims to reduce its carbon footprint to zero, with the use of offshore wind turbines. We aim to provide clean and sustainable energy to the largest cities in Sweden as efficiently as possible.
